How metering works

A billable unit has a definition.

One delivered record, event, claim, entity, artifact or webhook attempt equals one metered unit unless an order form states otherwise.

Evaluation access stops at quota. Paid-plan overages and minimum commitments are defined in the signed order form.

Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Commercial answers

Rights scale separately from traffic.

Can we train a model on evaluation data?

No. Training is prohibited unless a signed agreement explicitly grants it for the stated model and purpose.

Can we republish articles?

Only when an order form grants redistribution or commercial republication. Retrieval access alone is not publication permission.

Do corrections count?

Correction and rights-change events are metered because they protect your product from preserving stale or withdrawn material.

Are these guaranteed SLAs?

Public figures are service objectives. Contractual commitments exist only in a signed order form.
